We’re pleased to announce that we have re-launched Tribute Funds – find out more about the changes which have been made to your fund.
As you may be aware, over the last six months we’ve made some improvements to Tribute Funds, including an upgrade to the Tribute Fund website. On this page you will find some information about the changes we have made.

The changes we’ve made
Tribute Funds are now called Funds in Memory
We hope this will make it clearer to anyone who’s lost a loved one to breast cancer that they can fundraise in their memory.
New ways to personalise your fund
Our new website gives you more ways to personalise and use your fund so it reflects your loved one’s life and personality.
You can post photos and messages, or add regular updates to your page. You can also write a personal thank you message that will be sent to friends and family by email when they donate to your fund.
More ways to donate
It’s quicker and easier for anyone to make donations to your fund and they have more options. Friends and family can donate in the following ways:
- Give a one off gift
- Set up a monthly, quarterly or annual donation
- Pay in money from a fundraising event
- Light a candle on a fund for £10 as a simple and meaningful way to give
A better website that now works on your mobile phone
We’ve added more information to the website and made it easier for you to use, share and update. The website is now also optimised to work on mobile phones and tablets, so you should have the same experience whatever device you use.
Event fundraising pages
If you have a fundraising event planned, you can add an event page to your fund. This gives you a separate page that automatically links to your fund and will update the total.
We hope this will make it easier to raise money and will keep messages of support for your fundraising separate from the memories on your fund page.
Easier for friends and family to get involved
Friends and family can now add their favourite photo of your loved one and leave a message when they donate, to help share special memories and make your page completely unique.
Share your fund on social media
It’s easier than ever to spread the word about your fund with simple sharing options directly from your fund page, including, Facebook, Twitter and email.
An up-to-date fundraising total on your page
We’ll do our best to keep your fundraising total up to date on your online page up to date so you know how much you’ve raised at any given time. If donations are sent through the post or on another website, we’ll automatically add these to your fund every few weeks.
Regular news about the research you fund
We’ll share our latest research breakthroughs with you on a regular basis, with updates directly to your fund page.
