Highlights from our 2016 event
On Saturday 8 October 2016 celebrated 22 years of the Pink Ribbon Ball at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in London.
The night was filled with plenty of opportunities to support Breast Cancer Now at the ball through exclusive live and silent auctions, as well as glamorous champagne and balloon raffles. Funds raised from this spectacular event will go a very long way to help us stop women dying of breast cancer by 2050.
We were thrilled to welcome Westlife frontman, Shane Filan, as our headlining act on this very special evening. Guests were also treated to entertainment by the chart-topping Military Wives Choir.
I was delighted to perform at the 2016 Pink Ribbon Ball for Breast Cancer Now. It’s such an important charity, raising much needed funds for breast cancer research. I love performing live and this was a great warm up to my Right Here tour which follows straight after. It was a wonderful evening and I am honoured to have been asked to perform.
The night was a huge success and raised around £335,000, meaning that we can continue to fund the most impactful research at 29 institutions across the UK and Ireland.
