Make your voice heard on the future of the Cancer Drugs Fund
In November, we blogged about the launch of the long-awaited consultation on the future of the Cancer Drugs Fund in England.
The consultation, run jointly by NHS England and NICE (The National Institute of Health and Care Excellence) proposes changes to the way the CDF works, which will have an impact on people living with breast cancer, particularly those who have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer.
We want to hear what you think about the proposed changes. To help you get involved, we've put together our own guide to the consultation, which gives an overview of the changes suggested.
When Hannah’s mum was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer last year, it took a while for her family to adjust. She tells us how planning ahead helps her stay positive, and how hosting an Afternoon Tea gave her something to look forward to.
