Mum Frances Dean from Surrey was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in 2009 when her twin boys were just one and a decade after she was first diagnosed with the disease.
It was a frightening time for Frances now 48 and she leant on Breast Cancer Care for support.
Frances says: "Having a specialist charity with me on this horrific journey has been useful beyond measure. They gave me something extremely precious - time!
“Time to cry time to despair time to talk time to ask questions - and when that 'time' was over they gave me their helpline number. That helpline became a hotline to my sanity."
