The winter issue of Vita is out now.

Our latest cover star is Andrea Hull who modelled at Breast Cancer Care's London fashion show last year. Andrea was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer just two years earlier and explains how it felt to go from being a guest at the 2010 show to taking part in 2012.

We also caught up with Kayla Doohan who first featured in Vita when she'd just finished treatment back in 2007. Kayla spoke to us about how her life has changed since then and what she's up to now. Life after treatment is a recurring theme in this issue and Sue Eagling and Gaynor Haywood also gave us their perspectives on how they're coming to terms with it.

Health articles in the current issue focus on losing weight after treatment and living with menopausal symptoms. We have an online extract from Christine Lewry's book Thin Wire which is reviewed on the media page of the magazine as well as new recipes and a Q&A with our breast cancer experts.

Lastly don't forget to check out our online bloggers who are mentioned on page 20 of the magazine.

If you’re not already signed up to the Vita mailing list you can subscribe to our mailing list or order a copy of the latest issue online.

We hope you enjoy the magazine. If you have any thoughts about what you'd like us to cover in future you can share them with us on Twitter or by emailing
