About the event
The course takes place on two half day sessions a week apart on 21 September and 28 September 2022. You’ll connect with people who understand, and find the tools you need to feel more empowered, confident and in control.

These sessions are great to share experiences and gain tips, or just listen to others. The courses are complemented by a digital platform where you will find a library of information that you can access at any time.
