About Afternoon Tea
Drink tea, raise money, change lives.
What is Afternoon Tea?
Every August, thousands of people dust off their whisks and stick the kettle on to hold an Afternoon Tea, raising money for people affected by breast cancer.
Why?
Every 10 minutes, someone in the UK hears the words “you have breast cancer”. Our vision is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and be supported to live well. But to make that happen, we need to act now.
When you hold an Afternoon Tea, you’ll be helping us reach that vision.
How can I take part?
Registrations for Afternoon Tea 2025 have now closed, and will open again in April 2026.
There are lots of ways you can take part and raise money, people hold bake sales, organise raffles and play fundraising games.
It doesn’t have to be big. It could be scones in the sunshine, a picnic in the park, or tea and biscuits with your besties. When it comes to Afternoon Tea, you can have your cake and eat it too!
