Ailish shares a tasty tutti-frutti fruit kebab recipe. The perfect addition to your Afternoon Tea.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of strawberries
- 1 pack of raspberries
- 1 pack of grapes
- 1 pineapple (cut into pieces)
- Kiwis (cut into pieces)
- Satsumas (peeled and separated into segments)
(Note: You can substitute or swap any ingredients as you please)
Method:
- Wash all of your fruit
- Using skewers, start to assemble your fruit kebabs. I like to put a piece of every fruit on the skewer, but you can assemble them however you like
- Serve the colourful kebabs on a plate for guests
Ailish’s top tip:
With leftover fruit, you can create a fruit salad or make fruit ice cubes. That way nothing goes to waste!
