Ingredients:
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of strawberries
- Handful of raspberries
- Handful of blackberries
- Sprig of mint
- Chilled water
Method:
- Slice the strawberries, but keep the raspberries, blackberries and blueberries whole.
- Separate the leaves of mint. Place all berries and mint in a glass bottle.
- Press on fruit lightly with a spoon to release some of the flavours.
- Add water and cover.
- Place in the fridge and let sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
