Celia’s vegetarian sandwiches were a real hit at her Afternoon Tea, she said she’s never had so many compliments as she did with these sandwiches!
Ingredients:
- A tub of hummus
- 1 Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 bag of baby spinach leaves
- A loaf of bread
- Butter (for spreading)
Method:
- Just butter your bread as normal, spread on a layer of hummus and top with thinly sliced red onion and baby spinach leaves
Top tip:
You can use different flavor houmous’s so you have a selection of choices.
