Help us to thank our incredible supporters, by having heart-warming conversations over the phone.
Use your communication skills to have lovely conversations with some of our amazing fundraisers, making sure they get the thank you they deserve for their support.

What will I be doing?
- Making calls to our fundraisers, to thank them for their support, chat about their fundraising, and any event day questions they may have

Inspiring our fundraisers by making them feel that all-important warmth and connection to the charity
What skills and qualities do I need?
- Bags of enthusiasm! Able to quickly connect with and uplift people
- Happy to work independently from home, or potentially to work from our Sheffield or London offices
- Your own secure mobile or telephone, and a laptop or PC, with basic IT skills
What's the time commitment?
This is a very flexible role and can fit around your other commitments. We’d like you to give 1-2 hours a week, during busy periods. You can choose when you make the calls and how many you make.
