Give us feedback on the questions we ask to evaluate our support services. We want to make sure that they’re easy to understand, so that we can hear from everyone who we support.
What’s the study about?
We use evaluation surveys to help us understand your experience of our services (such as Someone Like Me and Moving Forward), and how well they’re supporting you.
We want to make sure that we hear from everyone who uses our services, so that we understand what works and what we can do better.
We recently updated some of the questions in our surveys to make them easier to understand. We want to make sure it's easy for everyone to give us feedback on our services, including people who find reading in English more difficult.
We now want to test these questions to so we can make sure that our surveys are accessible.

Who can take part?
You can take part if you’ve had a personal diagnosis of breast cancer, including
- DCIS
- Primary breast cancer (stage 1-3)
- A local or regional recurrence of primary breast cancer
- Secondary (stage 4) breast cancer
Why do you want me to be involved?
By helping us review our questions, you can help us make sure our surveys are easy to complete. Then, everyone who uses our services will be able to give us feedback.
This will mean that we can improve our services so that we can be here for people with breast cancer.
What will you ask me to do?
We’d like you to give us feedback on the new questions that we put in our services evaluation.
If you’d like to take part, we’ll email you the questions. We’ll ask you to give us feedback about how easy it is to answer the questions, and how you’d feel answering them. It should take up to an hour to do.
We’ll also ask some questions about you to help us understand more about your answers.
