Our monthly groups, facilitated by a trained counsellor, are a chance to meet others living with secondary breast cancer in your local area. They can help you find expert tips and information or share what's on your mind, with people who understand.
Groups take place on a set day in the month, usually at a local community centre, hotel or church. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you choose. A trained counsellor will welcome everyone to the group and facilitate the session. All discussions are confidential.
Every three months or so, we invite an expert speaker to talk about a topic which is relevant for people living with secondary breast cancer. Topics may include fatigue, exercise, managing side effects and relationships and communication.

Online sessions include online groups, facilitated by trained counsellors, and speakers live sessions. Our video programme will give you the opportunity to watch expert speaker videos at your own pace.
If you’re a younger woman with secondary breast cancer, we’re here for you. Younger Women with Secondaries Together online connects you with other women under 45 with secondary breast cancer. Giving you the chance to talk about what’s on your mind in a safe, welcoming space.
Our secondary private group on the Forum provides a private safe space for people with secondary to talk to other people with real experience of secondary breast cancer.
