Closing Becca app and your privacy 

We've made the difficult decision to close the Becca app on 3 February 2026. You can read our blog to learn why we're closing down Becca and read all our FAQs.

We take your privacy very seriously. Once the app closes, your personal Becca account will be deactivated. All personal user data stored within the app system will be securely and permanently deleted. You do not need to do anything to make this happen, we will handle it for you.

If you'd like to delete you Becca account and any personal data you have stored before 3 February, follow the direction below.

How to delete your Becca app account

1. Log in to your account

If you have not done so already, please log in to your account by selecting log in from the menu and providing your email and password.

Tap the menu icon. This is either in the top right or bottom right of your screen
Tap or click the menu icon in the top right or bottom right of your screen.
Scroll to 'log in' and tap to open log in page
Scroll down to the 'Log in' option in the menu.
Enter email and password and tap sign in
Enter your log in details.

2. Choose delete account from the menu

Once you are logged in, you will need to choose delete account from the menu.

Tap the menu icon. This is either in the top right or bottom right of your screen
Tap the menu icon the same as when you logged in.
Scroll down and tap the 'delete account' option
Scroll down to the 'Delete account' option in the menu.

3. Confirm you would like to delete your account

You will be asked to confirm you would like to delete your account. Select Yes, delete my account to remove your account. We will remove your email address and password from our database.

You can select No, take me back if you  have changed your mind and would not like to delete your account.

Tap, yes delete my account, to delete your account
Tap the 'Yes, delete my account' button
