What to expect

The welfare benefit system can be complex and difficult to navigate for people with breast cancer and their carers. This session will focus on the benefits that may be available to people including Universal Credit, Personal Independence and Carers Allowance and how to claim them, what supporting evidence to use and where to get support with applications. The session will also focus on extra financial support that is available once a successful application has been completed for these benefits and where to get a full benefit check for you and your family.
