When living with secondary breast cancer, exercise and movement can offer physical benefits, as well as emotional and psychological support. Physical activity and everyday movement is becoming a key part of cancer care. Caroline will discuss the positive impacts of embracing lifestyle medicine into everyday life, with some seated exercise and snacks to build your fitness and resilience.

About Caroline Tweedie

Caroline Tweedie is a Macmillan Lead Practitioner for living with cancer at South Tyneside and Sunderland. Before this, she worked as a specialist breast cancer nurse at Gateshead NHS Trust for 17 years. Caroline is a qualified personal trainer and Level 4 cancer rehabilitation and exercise referral practitioner.
