What you can expect

When living with a secondary breast cancer diagnosis, exercise and functional movement can offer not only physical benefits but also emotional and psychological support. The role of physical activity and everyday movement is evolving into a key part of comprehensive cancer care. Caroline will discuss the positive impacts of embracing lifestyle medicine into everyday life, with some seated exercise and snacks to enhance fitness and resilience.
