What to expect

Lynn will discuss the impact that a secondary breast cancer diagnosis can have on sex and intimate relationships. There will be opportunity to ask Lynn any questions you may have in a safe and enclosed environment.

About Lynn Buckley

Lynn retired in 2022 as a Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist & Advanced Nurse Practitioner within gynaecological cancers following a 38-year career in the NHS. Seeing the impact cancer and its treatments had on a person’s sexuality and sexual function led her to become an expert on survivorship issues.

Lynn decided to formalise and build on her skills gained as a nurse and diversified into psychosexual therapy to become a COSRT accredited and UKCP registered psychosexual therapist, to gain accreditation with COSRT & registration with UKCP requires a high level of education, experience, supervision and continuing professional development (CPD).

Lynn has shared her knowledge and experience by presenting nationally & internationally, helped to organise scientific meetings, writing national guidelines & educational materials and doing web/podcasts.
