We’ll discuss the differences between the different types of imaging and blood tests, the reasons why particular tests are used to investigate symptoms, and how your treatment team use this to plan your treatment and care. 

This session aims to make you feel more informed about your own healthcare, know what symptoms to report to your team so they can be investigated, and empower you to ask your treatment team questions. 

About Catherine Bailey

Catherine Bailey is a Nurse Consultant in Breast Cancer at Guys‘s and St Thomas’s NHS foundation Trust in London. In a previous role she was a metastatic Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist. Catherine has been working as a cancer nurse for over 25 years. She remains passionate and interested in the care of patients with Breast Cancer.
