In this session, Carolyn will share information about the benefits of exercise after breast cancer and will empower those who would like to start exercising again. 

About Carolyn Garritt

Carolyn is a personal trainer who specialises in helping people to get fit and active before, during and after cancer treatment.

She firmly believes that exercise should be enjoyable, uplifting and a positive part of our daily lives. Carolyn set up Oomph after 20 years’ experience in NHS Cancer Services and after helping her mum train to run a 5k race following treatment for breast cancer.

Carolyn runs regular sessions for visitors to the London Maggie’s Centre and the Breast Cancer Haven, as well as training people from her base in Hyde Park. She is a very keen Nordic Walking Instructor.
