Join Tracey for an introduction to journalling. During the session, she will be teaching simple journalling practices to help calm a busy mind, make sense of feelings, provide an outlet for negative thoughts and worries and provide a space for reflection.
About Tracey Rose
Tracey supports our primary services team at Breast Cancer Now. She is an ICF qualified coach with personal experience of breast cancer. She supports people navigating life after treatment and the transition back to daily life. She understands the emotional challenges that follow a diagnosis and empowers individuals to rebuild their confidence and reclaim their sense of self.’
Dr Parton is lead cancer clinician in The Royal Marsden’s satellite chemotherapy unit, a joint venture with Kingston Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Support as well as leading breast clinics at The Royal Marsden in Chelsea. She has published in breast cancer research, and is principle investigator in a number of clinical trials at The Royal Marsden.
