This webinar is presented by Sonia Hussain, who is a clinical nurse specialist at Breast Cancer Now. She supports people completing treatment and living beyond primary breast cancer. She understands the questions and uncertainties that can arise once hospital-based treatment ends.
This session is for people who have completed hospital-based treatment for primary breast cancer and are navigating life beyond treatment.
We will cover:
- Possible signs and symptoms of recurrence,
- How to check for changes and what to do if you experience new or persistent symptoms, including who to contact for support.
- Frequently asked questions raised through our helpline, ask our nurse service and our moving forward sessions, helping you stay informed.
- Lifestyle considerations, such as diet and exercise, to support your wellbeing and help you feel empowered as you move forward after treatment.
