Help researchers understand how AI could help patients report on their conditions

Complete a questionnaire to help researchers understand how AI could help patients complete health questionnaires.
Using AI to summarise quality of life questionnaires for adults who have or have previously had cancer
Patients with cancer often need to complete surveys about their condition or treatment, such as their symptoms or quality of life. These forms are very important as they help track their care.
But these forms can be difficult to understand for some people. The answers people can give are often limited, which might mean people can't accurately report on their experiences.
Researchers want to investigate whether artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to help patients complete these forms by writing summaries which capture more nuance and detail.

You can take part if you
By taking part, you’ll help researchers test whether AI can effectively support patients to fill in surveys and forms. This could help patients better record their condition and treatment which could lead to better care.
The researchers would like you to complete a quality of life questionnaire. As well as the standard questions, there will also be the chance for you to explain your answers to each question, and state whether any of them are difficult to answer, and why.
Please complete the questionnaire.
