Shaping the future of breast cancer in Wales
Tell what you feel the main priorities for breast cancer in Wales are, and help us ensure that the new Welsh Cancer Strategy reflects the needs of people affected by breast cancer in Wales.
What’s the project about?
The Welsh Government is developing a new National Cancer Strategy for Wales. This is a chance to help change the future of breast cancer.
We will be submitting a response calling for breast cancer to be prioritised in the National Cancer Strategy for Wales. As part of this, we want to make sure the experiences of people affected by breast cancer are heard.
We're looking for Voices to tell us what matters to them, and what they feel the new cancer strategy should address.
Who’s organising it?
Name of project lead: Ella Davies
Job title: Policy and Public Affairs Lead, Wales
Organisation: Breast Cancer Now
Email address: ella.davies@breastcancernow.org
Who can take part?
The consultation is open to anyone living in Wales.
Why do you want me to be involved?
By sharing your views, you'll strengthen our submission to the Welsh government. This will help ensure the National Cancer Strategy is shaped by real experience.
What will you ask me to do?
We'd like you to complete an anonymous online form, to contribute to our response to the plan. The form will ask you about your views and experiences of breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, support, or care.
How do I get involved?
Please complete the online form. If you have any questions, you can contact Ella at ella.davies@breastcancernow.org.
If you'd like to contribute to the Welsh Government's consultation directly, you can do so on their website.
When’s the deadline?
