Sometimes it’s not easy to get face-to-face support but you’d still like to talk with other people who’ve had a breast cancer diagnosis and understand what you’re going through.

Live Chat is a private chat room where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind. There are usually between four and 10 people at each session. Someone from Breast Cancer Now is also on hand to point to sources of help and information.

How to join Live Chat

  • Before you use Live Chat for the first time you need to register a user name and password – and we’ll get back to you to confirm the details, usually within one or two working days.
  • Please note that by registering for Live Chat you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 
  • Once you’ve registered you can join a session by simply clicking on the Chat now button above.

We currently have weekly sessions for people with a diagnosis of secondary breast cancer on Tuesday evenings, 8.30–9.30pm.

We are not currently running Live Chat sessions for people with primary breast cancer but you can chat online with other people on our Forum.
