This booklet is for anyone who has lobular neoplasia, a benign (not cancer) condition. There are different types, including: atypical lobular neoplasia (ALH), classical lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) and pleomorphic lobular carcinoma in situ (PLCIS). It explains what causes lobular neoplasia, how the changes are confirmed and what treatment or follow-up may be required.
