Dr Sam Orange is Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University and a registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the Academy for Healthcare Science (ACHS). He has over 10 years’ experience supporting people with long-term health conditions to be physically active. He now leads a programme of research focused on improving women’s access to physical activity support after breast cancer treatment.

Fran was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer at just 25. She speaks about how she got back into exercising after surgery and the importance of 'prehab' before treatment. Fran works with cancer patients on exercise and strength training, and speaks about the benefits of physical activity.
