Wear It Pink 2026 registration free prize draw - terms and conditions

  1. This free prize draw is run by Breast Cancer Now, a company limited by guarantee registered in England (9347608) and a charity registered in England and Wales (1160558), Scotland (SC045584) and the Isle of Man (1200) also operating in Northern Ireland. Registered Office: 6th Floor, The White Chapel Building, 10 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1 8QS.

  2. The free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged eighteen or over who register for Wear It Pink 2026 and enter the free prize draw before midnight on 31 August 2026, except for trustees and employees of Breast Cancer Now.

  3. To enter the free prize draw, you must register for Wear It Pink 2026 before midnight on 31 August 2026 and select ‘Yes’ on the registration form when asked ‘Would you like to be entered into our free prize draw for a chance to win 1 of 10 exclusive Wear It Pink bundles?’. No payment is necessary to take part.

  4. We will accept a maximum of 1 entry per person. Further entries from the same person will be automatically disqualified.

  5. This free prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 31 August 2026. Any entries received outside of this time will not be accepted.

  6. The draw itself will take place on 8 September 2026 and the winner will be selected at random using a random number generator from all eligible entries received.

  7. The prize which the winner will receive is 1 of 10 exclusive Wear It Pink bundles including a cap, tote bag and T-shirt. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, and it is not transferable.

  8. We will notify the winner by email or phone within 14 days of the free prize draw closing, and explain how they can claim their prize. If we are unable to contact them for any reason or they do not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. We are under no obligation to seek out a winner if they provided the wrong contact details.

  9. We will ask the winner if we can use their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation, and you can read more about how we will use and look after your information at breastcancernow.org/privacy.

  10. The winner’s name and county will be made available on request by contacting wearitpink@breastcancernow.org after the draw has taken place. If you do not want your information to be made available in name this way, you can let us know using the same contact details. Please note that we may still disclose your details in some circumstances, for example if we are required to by law.

  11. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the free prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  12. The free prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  13. We accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason, and reserve the right to cancel or amend the free prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of our control. We will notify entrants of any significant changes to the draw as soon as possible.
