Do you want to learn more about healthy eating, exercise and returning to work? Register for one of our live talks by expert speakers via Zoom webinar – you can attend all of them or select the ones which interest you.

We’re committed to providing people affected by breast cancer with the highest quality services and we need to have some information about you to make sure that this is the right service for you, meet any particular needs you may have and manage our relationship with you sensitively and appropriately.

We will also use this information to provide our service and look at who attends, helping to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone and identifying any areas where we may need to improve. Thank you so much for helping us.

We will use the information you provide in the way we’ve outlined above and (where relevant) in the ways we’ve outlined in the sections below. If you provide details about your health or other sensitive information, we will use it in the same way.

If you no longer want us to use your information in these ways, you can get in touch using the contact details at the end of this form to discuss withdrawing your permission.

More information

Our Younger Women Together courses are for people who have had a primary breast cancer diagnosis. Primary breast cancer is breast cancer that hasn’t spread beyond the breast or the lymph nodes (glands) under the arm.  This includes DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ).

You can also attend Younger Women Together if your breast cancer has cancer come back in the chest, breast or armpit area, or in the skin near the original site or scar (local recurrence) or have a new primary breast cancer.
