People affected by breast cancer are at the heart of everything we do. You can use your own experiences to make things better for others, shape and improve the work of Breast Cancer Now, and even contribute to research studies.
Breast Cancer Voices
Breast Cancer Voices are people who have a personal experience of breast cancer, either directly or indirectly and support Breast Cancer Now by sharing their views and experience.
If you or a loved one have had a breast cancer diagnosis you can help to shape and improve care, support and information by joining Breast Cancer Voices today.
Participate in research studies
Contribute to the latest research studies (normally online surveys or interviews) which need insight from people affected by breast cancer.
Although we have checked that they are legitimate studies, these are external to Breast Cancer Now, and so we are not responsible for the content.
The Service Pledge
The Service Pledge brings patients, healthcare professionals and Cancer Alliances together to work in partnership to design and deliver a concrete action plan of improvements, for everybody’s experience of breast cancer.
Use your experience of breast cancer as an empowering way to help improve the treatment and care others will receive in the future.
Other volunteering opportunities
Many Breast Cancer Now volunteers are people who have been affected by breast cancer and want to use their experience to help support others.
We have a range of volunteering opportunities that include telephone roles and face-to-face volunteering.
