Women's experience of a mastectomy and the effects on their intimacy and relational needs.
This study seeks to understand more about the experiences of women who have gone through a mastectomy, exploring the range of effects this can have.
They are particularly interested in how mastectomy surgery may have impacted your relational needs and levels of intimacy.
Ultimately, the study aims to gather a deeper understanding of how a mastectomy can impact a woman’s life. This will be used to inform counselling practice and improve how practitioners approach this topic in sessions.
