Ask our Nurses is a confidential service. This confidentiality is maintained between clients and Breast Cancer Now and the Ask Our Nurses team in the first instance. We ask that you give as much information about yourself and your situation as you can. It will help us to reply as fully as possible.

We usually aim to answer emails within three working days, but we often respond much sooner than this.

We are unable to respond to queries from people receiving breast cancer treatment outside the UK as there are differences in health services and care in other countries.
