This session is all about understanding and dealing with anxiety after treatment for breast cancer. About Ted Bradshaw Ted Bradshaw is a cognitive behavioural therapist and father of 3. He's an honorary assistant professor of psychological therapies at the University of Nottingham. Ted has been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years. The focus of his work is making mental health, particularly anxiety, easier to understand and to deal with, for adults and young people. Ted believes that everybody should learn about anxiety and mental health, not only when things go wrong or when you train as a therapist. He always intends to use straightforward, empathetic, and practical language. Ted spends a lot of his time giving talks to schools and businesses. He also puts out video and written content on various social media channels to reach as many people as possible.
