After a secondary breast cancer diagnosis, you might feel uncertainty and worrying thoughts. In this session, we'll explore the impact of living with uncertainty. And we'll explore cognitive behavioural techniques that can help with worrying thoughts.
You’ll be invited to share your experiences and discuss coping strategies. You'll also hear tips and advice, and where you can access support.

Ali May is a BACP-registered counsellor and has been facilitating groups with Breast Cancer Now, both in person and online for 8 years. Ali has her own private practice for individual or couples counselling and has previously worked for a cancer charity, Penny Brohn, in Bristol.
