Get active with We Are Undefeatable

Every move enables more. Find out how the We are Undefeatable campaign can support you to get active whilst living with breast cancer.

Image of several people dressed in pink waterproof jackets with black buoyancy aids, sitting in a long narrow boat next to a jetty, inside a dock. The 2 women at the front of the boat are smiling and chatting to one another. One woman is wearing a head wrap in purple and white, the other is an older woman with blonde hair.

Living with a long-term condition as a result of your breast cancer diagnosis is difficult. We know that the way your condition affects you is unpredictable, from one day to the next you don’t know how you will feel or what you can and can’t do.

Our information and support can help you get back into exercise after breast cancer and manage your long-term conditions.

Because it doesn’t matter whether it’s something small and new, or just that little bit more of something you already do. It all makes a difference.

Looking to get back into exercise? We know it can be daunting, but we are here to support you. We Are Undefeatable is a campaign, working with 15 charities, to support you in getting back to exercise during and after breast cancer.

Whether you start by walking down the road, jogging through the park or just taking the stairs, may exercise give you a reason to smile and an opportunity to prioritise you. Remember, when you move forward, you'll help to inspire others to do the same.
