Keeping the information you share with us secure
Breast Cancer Now has completed the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), achieving Standards Exceeded for 2026-27.
The NHS DSPT is an online self-assessment that organisations use to show they handle personal information securely and in line with the National Data Guardian's 10 data security standards. Any organisation with access to NHS patient data and systems must complete it every year.
For healthcare professionals, this provides assurance that when you refer patients to our services or share information with us, that information is protected by robust data security practices.
